• Communication records: messages you send through forms, email, or phone.
• Payment-related data: limited payment information as processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers on our web servers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage information collected through standard server logs or analytics tools.

How we handle passport and traveler identity data

We collect passport and related identity details only when necessary to complete a booking, comply with carrier or government advance passenger information requirements, or fulfill a service you requested. We use this information to:

We do not sell passport numbers or similar identifiers. Access within our business is limited to personnel and systems that need the data to provide services.
