Agreement to terms
By accessing this website or requesting services from Trueticket Travel LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Service area eligibility
Trueticket Travel LLC does not provide services to residents of Florida, Washington, Hawaii, or Iowa. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are not requesting services as a resident of one of these states.
Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with site security, transmit malware, scrape content without permission, or misuse forms and inquiry features. We may suspend access for conduct that harms our systems, customers, or partners.
Booking responsibility disclaimer
Trueticket Travel acts as a travel agency and booking intermediary. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all itinerary details—including passenger names (matching government ID), dates, airports, times, and fare rules—prior to ticketing when applicable. Errors not reported in accordance with airline procedures may incur fees or restrictions beyond our control.
Traveler responsibility
You agree that you—not Trueticket Travel—are responsible for:
- Travel documents: Maintaining valid passports, visas, ESTA/eTA or other entry authorizations, and any health or vaccination documentation required by governments or carriers;
- Accuracy of information: Ensuring all names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and contact details you provide match official documents and are entered correctly before ticketing;
- Check-in and airport timing: Arriving in time for check-in, security, and boarding per airline and airport requirements;
- Fare and contract review: Reading fare rules, baggage allowances, change fees, and airline contracts of carriage that apply to your ticket;
- Travel insurance: Deciding whether to purchase travel insurance or trip protection—we do not guarantee coverage for cancellations, medical events, or supplier default unless you obtain a separate policy;
- Conduct and compliance: Complying with airline crew instructions, security rules, and applicable laws.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denied boarding, forfeited fares, penalties, or missed flights, for which airlines—not Trueticket Travel—are the primary decision-makers.
Liability waiver and release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Trueticket Travel LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage (including lost profits, missed connections, or emotional distress) arising from or related to: airline or supplier acts or omissions; schedule changes; cancellations; overbooking; weather; natural disasters; pandemics; strikes; war; terrorism; mechanical failure; baggage loss or delay; denial of entry or boarding; or any event beyond our reasonable control.
You voluntarily assume the risks inherent in travel and release Trueticket Travel from claims arising from such events, except where liability cannot be waived by law (for example, certain gross negligence or willful misconduct, where applicable). Your remedies for most travel disruptions are with the operating carrier or your travel insurer under their terms.
This section supplements—and does not replace—our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, and the limitation of liability below.
Fare and pricing disclaimer
Airfares and availability change frequently. Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time of inquiry and are not guaranteed until ticketed and paid according to airline or supplier rules. Taxes, carrier-imposed surcharges, baggage fees, seat fees, and ancillary charges may apply in addition to base fare. Currency fluctuations may affect international purchases.
Airline policy compliance
Travel is subject to each airline’s contract of carriage, fare rules, schedule changes, and operational decisions. We help interpret and communicate carrier policies, but airlines remain the final authority on ticketing, boarding, refunds, and disruptions.
Ticket and document delivery
Electronic tickets, confirmations, and related travel documents are delivered as described in our Delivery Policy. By completing a purchase, you consent to electronic delivery to the email address you provide and agree to review and store those documents securely.
Payment terms
Payment methods, due dates, and charge descriptions will be communicated before ticketing. By authorizing payment, you confirm authority to use the payment method and agree to applicable merchant and card network terms. Service or booking fees charged by Trueticket Travel, if any, will be disclosed prior to purchase and may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trueticket Travel LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the website or travel services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Trueticket Travel for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trueticket Travel LLC from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of third-party rights—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
