Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds may apply when you purchase travel services through Trueticket Travel LLC. Air travel is governed by airline fare rules and supplier contracts. Please read this policy together with our Delivery Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Disclaimer. We do not provide services to residents of Florida, Washington, Hawaii, or Iowa.
Cancellation timelines (how and when to cancel)
48 hours or more before departure: If you notify us to cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of the first affected flight segment (based on the itinerary’s local departure time), we will submit your cancellation request to the airline or supplier as promptly as reasonably possible during our business hours, subject to their systems and cutoffs. For fares that the airline classifies as refundable under the ticket’s fare rules, this timing is intended to preserve the maximum refund or credit the carrier allows (often a full refund of the airfare portion to the original form of payment, minus any non-refundable amounts described below). Non-refundable fares may receive no cash refund; the airline may offer a future travel credit only, or no value, per its rules—even when you cancel 48+ hours in advance.
Less than 48 hours before departure: Cancellations requested inside 48 hours of the first affected departure may be subject to stricter airline penalties, forfeiture, or “no-show” treatment. Refunds or credits, if any, are solely per the fare rules and carrier policy at the time of cancellation.
How to cancel: Call +1 949 405 0898 or email services@truetickettravel.com with your booking reference and passenger names as on the ticket. Verbal or email timestamp and our acknowledgment during business hours may be used to determine when your request was received.
Non-refundable deposits, holds, and agency fees
Deposits and hold payments: Any deposit, partial payment, or hold amount identified at booking as non-refundable—or collected to secure a fare, group block, tour space, or supplier inventory—is not refunded if you cancel, unless we state otherwise in writing on your confirmation or invoice.
Trueticket Travel service and booking fees: Service fees, booking fees, consultation fees, or administrative charges assessed by Trueticket Travel are non-refundable once the related work has been performed (including after ticketing or after we have secured space on your behalf), except where required by law or expressly stated in writing at purchase.
Airline and supplier charges: Airlines may impose cancellation penalties, forfeiture of fare, or change fees independent of our agency fees. Those amounts are governed by the carrier or supplier, not Trueticket Travel.
State service restriction
We do not offer booking services to residents of Florida, Washington, Hawaii, and Iowa. If a booking inquiry is submitted from one of these states, service may be declined and no booking work will be initiated.
Airline and supplier rules control
All refunds, credits, or exchanges are subject to the rules of the issuing airline and any other supplier involved in your booking (for example, tour operators or consolidators). Trueticket Travel cannot override carrier fare rules, contract conditions, or policies established by third parties.
No refund for completed travel or flown segments
No refund shall be issued for completed travel or flown flight segments. Once travel has commenced or any flight segment has been used or flown, that portion of the itinerary is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
Partially used tickets
Once travel has commenced or a flight segment has been used or flown, the used portion is non-refundable. Refund eligibility for any remaining unused portion of a ticket depends on the fare rules attached to your ticket, which may classify the booking as non-refundable or may allow residual value only as a future travel credit subject to airline terms and penalties.
Unused bookings
Refund eligibility for unused bookings depends on airline fare rules, ticket type, and timing of the cancellation request. Some fares are fully non-refundable; others permit refunds minus penalties; others allow only future travel credit. We will communicate the options available based on carrier rules at the time of your request.
Processing times
When a refund is approved by the airline or supplier, processing times vary. Credits or refunds may take from several business days to multiple billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on the carrier’s internal timelines, payment method, and banking processes. Trueticket Travel does not control airline accounting schedules.
Promotional and discounted fares
Special promotional, sale, or deeply discounted fares may be fully non-refundable and may not allow changes without forfeiture of the entire ticket value. Fare conditions are disclosed during the booking process when provided by the airline; travelers should retain confirmation records for reference.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, we may be required to provide booking documentation to the payment processor. Chargebacks do not automatically establish entitlement to a refund under airline rules; we encourage you to contact us first so we can assist with a good-faith resolution path.
